STUDIO REOPENING PROCEDURES
In order to take care of each other the best we can, we’ve made some updates at the studio. Please carefully read the below information to learn about our updated procedures:
CLEANING & SAFETY
STAFF PROCEDURES: Our staff will be required to wear provided face-masks during their shift. Instructors will remove their face-mask at the start of each class so you can see their smiling faces. ☺
HAND SOAP & SANITIZER: Hand sanitizer will be available for you to use throughout the studio. Locker rooms are equipped with hand soap and automatic hand dryers.
TOUCHLESS CHECK-IN: To limit contact and congregation in the lobby, a staff member will be checking you in and taking your temperature at the front door as you walk in to the studio. To expedite this process, please ensure you book your bike or mat ahead of time.
MASKS REQUIRED: Out of respect for your peers, we require all clients and staff to wear a mask in the studio until you are at your space in class.
EXTRA SPACE: We’ve limited the amount of spots available in both the cycle and yoga studio.
SHOES & MATS: If you need to rent shoes or a mat please let us know ahead of time that you are renting by using the “add on” feature when booking your class on the U3 App. After class, all shoes, mats, and bikes will be disinfected and cleaned thoroughly by the U3 Crew.
CLASS SCHEDULE & BOOKING:
CLASS SCHEDULE: We know everyone’s work schedule may look different now. For us to learn what times and classes best serve you, we have changed our booking window to every Sunday at 5 PM for the upcoming week.
BOOKING CLASSES: On Sundays at 5 PM, you will be able to book classes for Tuesday - Monday of the following week. Unlimited Members will still be able to book classes 24 hours ahead of time. As classes are added or changed, we will provide updates in our weekly e-mail.
WAITLIST: If a class is waitlisted, don’t be afraid to join! We are using the waitlist to determine what class start times work best for you while we adapt to a new schedule.
CANCELLATIONS: To allow as many people as possible to attend our classes, there will be a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. Please remember to cancel via our app or online at least 12 hours prior to the start of class.
NO LATE ENTRY: For everyone's safety, there will be absolutely no late entry to classes. You will also not be permitted to check-in/enter the studio until 15 minutes prior to the start of class time. This extra time will allow staff to thoroughly disinfect our studios and all high-touch surfaces.
In order to cancel a Class, you must “unreserve” that Class 8 hours before the start of the Class. Once your Class is unreserved in a timely manner, it will be returned to your Series to be used at a future date (subject to expiration of the Series). If you haven’t unreserved your Class by 8 hours before the start of the Reserved class is scheduled local time, your scheduled Class will be charged to and deducted from your Package or Membership, even if you do not attend the class.
You can cancel your reservation in the following ways:
1. Log into your account and, next to the class you wish to cancel, press “unreserve”
2. Call the studio where your class booked and cancel the class over the phone
COMMON AREAS & STUDIO SAFETY:
LOBBY: Please avoid congregating inside the lobby before classes. Doors to the studio will open 15 minutes before class starts. Should you arrive earlier than that, you are welcome to socially distance on our covered outdoor patio.
NO HANDS-ON ASSISTS: Instructors and staff will not be providing hands on assistance during any classes. Cycling instructors will demo how to setup your bike during the pre-class walkthrough. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to ensure ample bike and mat setup time.
PLEASE CALL THE STUDIO OR REMOVE YOURSELF FROM CLASS IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS: SHORTNESS OF BREATH, COUGH, FEVER, SORE THROAT, MUSCLE PAIN, LOSS OF TASTE OR SMELL, OR IF YOU HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO ANYONE WITH THESE SYMPTOMS. WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT COME TO THE STUDIO IF YOU HAVE HAD, CURRENTLY HAVE OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO ANYONE WITH COVID-19. UNION THREE HAS THE RIGHT TO ASK GUESTS TO LEAVE IF THEY ARE SHOWING ANY SYMPTOMS.
